We are Dennis and Tobias Lißner and together we run our company Lißner Engineers + Architects. As engineers, we share a passion for design and planning. We are also united by the way we realize plans – professionally, with short decision-making processes and in cooperation with our clients. Your tasks

• You will analyze the production processes of different foodstuffs such as meat, fish, delicatessen, animal feed or food for commercial kitchens or the convenience sector.
• As part of the project development process, you will be involved in the customer’s actual assessment, calculate the room and machine sizes based on the planned capacities and create process flow diagrams.
• You make initial inquiries with machine manufacturers and coordinate the processes.
• You design and plan (including in 3D) layouts for new buildings, extensions and modernizations of food processing plants and prepare cost estimates.
• Optimal product and personnel routes, automation solutions and current norms and food standards are taken into account in your planning.
• You present the planned designs to the customer.
• As you progress, you will contribute your expertise and support the Construction and TGA departments.
• You keep up to date with the latest innovative technologies, share them with the team and test their use in your project.

Your profile

• You are familiar with the production of food and have worked in or planned such operations.
• You can have gained this experience in various ways – e.g. as a butcher, food or packaging technician, food technology specialist or food technologist.
• Several years of professional experience in this field is desirable and can be compensated by commitment and willingness to learn.
• You are curious, enthusiastic about new technologies and enjoy working innovatively.
• Your personal and professional development is a key driver for you.

Your tasks

– You will create concepts, design and implementation plans for technical building systems (HVAC) for industrial buildings (food) – as part of a new build, conversion or extension during ongoing operations.
– You will play a key role in the implementation of service phases 1-8 in accordance with HOAI.
– As part of project development, you will prepare cost estimates and edit and calculate the service specifications.
– You will organize and lead meetings to coordinate construction processes and planning details.
– You keep up to date with the latest innovative technologies in the field of TGA, share them with the team and test their use in your project.

Your profile

– You have a degree in building services engineering or are a specialist planner in this field.
– Your knowledge of the refrigeration and ventilation technology and/or heating and sanitary technology trades is comprehensive.
– Several years of professional experience in this field is desirable and can be compensated by commitment and willingness to learn.
– You are curious, enthusiastic about new technologies and enjoy working innovatively.

To strengthen our team, we are offering a student (m/f/d) a dual study program in building services engineering (B.Eng.) at the earliest possible date

We are a practice partner of, among others, hochschule 21 in Buxtehude.

Your tasks:
– Implement your knowledge in planning in the areas of refrigeration/ventilation and
air conditioning technology
– Determine quantities and prepare tender documents
– Support site management
– Draw plans using 2D and 3D CAD software
